AFTER I have my presentation complete and saved as .pps ,
how would/could I make it compatible for my co-workers
(who don't have powerpoint installed) to view on their
pc?? i've tried saving under almost every format option
available.... Even when I put it on CD; if they even get
as far as viewing it, it still isn't interactive??? I
set it up so people can either use their mouse and/or its
self-time to run through but.... I need help ASAP.
Anyone who can help me is greatly appreciated...

The Powerpoint Viewer will package your show for people without PP. Only
problem is that the current version of the Viewer only supports PP 97
features. The upcoming release of Office 03 is supposed to have a great
update to this Viewer.

To use the current Viewer, select "Pack and Go" from the File menu. Follow
the steps of the Wizard, it will generate the Viewer file at the end.

A. Smith,
Thank you, your advice was perfect!! However, once
I put it on disk, and tried to open on another (non-
powerpoint) users PC, I had to go through a long process
of the following in order to view presentation:
1. Create a "new folder" on their desktop for the
information to be gathered.
2. Open their "my computer" to get to the disks' files
(my presentation).
3. Then it asks me where ("what folder...") I want to
download its contents into; hence, the "new folder" I
created on desktop...
Is there a more "direct route" I could take to make it
easier on my viewers? Is there a way I should be burning
it onto my CD so that it can be more easily accessed?
Your and anyone elses help is appreciated, and thank
you again for the prompt reply.
