Converting MP3's to Cda files

Can anyone suggest a good program that will convert MP3 files to Cda files
to be played on car stereos etc.

Most CD-burning apps such as Nero and Cheesy CD Creator will convert the MP3s
"on the fly", when you are creating an audio CD.
