Converting MOV to AVI

Thank you John for your help. We did everything you said and now it says that
the FFmpeg file is not valid. What do I do from here?

free converters to download.

Did you try Pazera or Format Factory? If one failed...
did you try the other one?

When do you receive the error?

What steps did you use to do the conversion?

What OS are you running?
