Converting messages from HTML to Plain Text

When I move a message from my in-box to junk mail box the program converts it
from HTML to Plain Text. How do I overcome this? I want it to stay as HTML.

This is a side-effect of having installed Office SP2. You can't change it.
It's part of the anti-phishing improvements Microsoft added to SP2.
