Converting Lotus Nuts Address book to Outlook

I am sure someone has already asked this question, but I
could not find the answer. How can I convert my Lotus
Nuts address book information into an Outlook contact
database? I have had it with Lotus Nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
