Converting from xls to rpt, or using a template

Hello to all,
the scenario is c# and Vs 2008.

I've some reports that have been written in excel with
a detailed format and I would like to convert them to
Crystal report .rpt format.

I need to convert them one time , and then when I've the Crystal report
version I'll use them from code.

I've found many examples on doing the opposite rpt to xls , but
nothing about converting an xls(it may be also an xml or whatever, I've
excel to convert it in other formats) to rpt, any ideas?
