Converting from IMAGE to ICON

I have a system.drawing.image variable that I want to convert to
system.drawing.icon. As easy as this should be, I have searched and
searched and found no way to do this. Anyone got the answer for me?

Icon.FromHandle(New Bitmap(objImage).GetHicon)
