When I go through the process of converting.....it comes
up with the messsage "the type of file system is FAT32"
then "Enter the current volume label for drive C:"

I then enter "C" and it gives me an error message saying
it is the wrong volume label.

What am I doing wrong.....I have tried to type c, c:, C:,
or just about everything possible...please help!

To find your volume label, just right-click on your C drive in My Computer
and Hit Properties. If it's blank, just simply hit enter when you try that
convert command. If you're at the command prompt, VOL C: will also show you
the volume label.
