converting excel worksht to lotus 123 files

I having a execls files including no of sheets
i want to convert all worksheet including sheet to lotus
123

All you need to do is File -> Save As, then change the "Save As Type"
dropdown to read WK4 (1-2-3) (*.wk4). This will only save them as
older *.wk4 files. You can't save them in the newer *.123 format.
Also, you may lose some Excel-specific functionality.
