converting email list to mailing list

I have a large (100+) list of email addresses in an excel spread sheet and
would like to convert them to a mailing list for use in Windows Mail. Can
this be done?

You know that you are posting to a developers newsgroup. I advice you to
look for a better newsgroup for your problem.
