Does anyone know how to get Excel to show decimal degrees
in degree minutes seconds, and how to show do calculations
based on chainages (ie 0+100, 0+110.098, 0+200.341) where
the zero represents Kilometers and the rest represents
tenths of a kilometer.
I am tryiong to build a spreadsheet for highway curve
calculations and am having trouble having excel work in
these notations.
