Tony Toews lists a number of utilties at http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/accesstovb.htm that purport to be able to do
this, but the general consensus is that they do an incomplete job at best.
There are simply too many differences between the standard form controls in
Access and those in VB or .Net.
You'll probably be better off rebuilding the forms from scratch. (You can,
of course, salvage much of the associated code. All you need to do for that
is cut-and-paste)
