How do I convert existing Access 2002 files (on a Win2000 machine) to Access
that comes with Office 2007 on a brand new Vista machine? Do I merely
attempt to open the Access 2002 file with Office 2007 version of Access? I
ordered a new laptop yesterday from Dell, so I'm just preparing for the data
conversion efforts when it gets here.

The high Vista security level is blocking execution of macros in Access.
Simply click enable the macros, and the Access program now works. Well, I
use the term "Simply" only because it is a one click solution. Solving the
problem, that was different.

I answered my own question.
