Converting a MP4 file to a MP2 file

I have a flip ultra HD cmacorder that creates mp4 files. I want to convert
the files to a MP2 file ( or any file type that movie maker will take) so I
can upload my videos into Windows Movie Maker 5.1
How can I do that??

Try using the following free converter to
convert the file to the .wmv format . Then
import it into Movie Maker.

BTW...5.1 is your Win XP version ...
Movie Maker is 2.1.4026.0
