converting a 2003 calendar into a 2004 calendar

I was asked to create a 2004 menu by using a 2003 menu
(12 month calendar) that was created in excel. The person
requesting me to do so said that someone (who no longer
works here)could just go in, make a few changes and it
all changes into a new claendar with the right dates on
the right says etc. HELP please!
