Convert .wav to mp3 & burn onto CD?

Hi all...

Is there a super simple freeware program that will copy my audio cd's from
the cd, convert them to an mp3, and then burn them onto a new cd in mp3
format??

I've been using NERO to do this, but for whatever reason, it seems that even
when I convert the file to an mp3, I still can't fit anymore on the CD... so
I'm hoping there is a super simple freeware program that can do it all for
me in 1 step.

The reason you can't fit anymore on the CD is that you told Nero to make an
audio disc...you wound up more or less replicating the original CD. For
what you want you need to tell Nero to make a *data* disc.

Babya Wav2MP3 can do .wav to mp3-comes with Babya System 12.1:
