Convert text into another language

I'm trying to convert my Resumen from English language
into Protuguese language. How? I've tried - Tools,
Language, Set - Portuguese-Brazil. Hilighted first and
step by step, and highlither last. Did not work. I would
appreciate your help.

Firslty, I wouldn't trust translation software to accurately convert
anything this complex.
Secondly, the dialog you are using only tags the lext with a language tag
for spell-checking etc. You'll need to have Translation software installed.
