How can I possibly convert an outlook tamplate to an outlook form?
Thanks for your help.

"template" is a type of "form" in Outlook, so it's not clear what you want to do. Can you give us more details?

I'd like to add some controls in which users can type in information.
In other words I'd like to make a template more interactive for the
users who don't have access to our intranet. Thanks!

That still doesn't tell us very much. We don't know, for example, if you're talking about a message form or a contact form, a form for internal use or a form to create messages to external senders. We don't even know what version of OUtlook you're using or whether you have Exchange as your mail server.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I already created a few templates for
external users that i send off in order to get some information from
them and tell them how to gain access to a part of our network. I was
wondering if it is possible to automate the process of sending off the
templates and whether converting a template to a form will help. It
would be aslo handy to create a command button that sends a template
automatically. Sorry for a jumbled explanation.
