Convert Replica to Master

I have a database that says it is a replica and we cannot find the master.
Is there a way to convert the replica to a master? We are not using
replication and I'm not really sure why it is even a replica.

I have alreay tried to import all of the forms, tables, reports and queries
to a new mdb but then I get the following error when opening the
switchboard.

Microsoft Office Access couldn't find the toolbar 'Toolbar'

Perhaps someone dragged it to the briefcase - that'll do it.

Anyway Tools, Replication, Recover Design Master will turn it into a master.

Then go into help and search for 'replica to regular'. That help topic will
assist in getting it back to a normal database.

When you do the import, click on Options and ensure you import toolbars.
But read the help topic as you shouldn't just import the tables directly.
