Convert Recycle Bin To Dat

Hi All,

I accidently dragged my recycle bin with the right mouse button and the
popup said "Convert To DAT Format"

What is this?

Some third party program that (for some reason) wants to convert (likely)
BIN to DAT files... Some CD/DVD/ISO like program you have installed?
