convert realplayer files to jukebox

Make MusicMatch Jukebox your default player.
Start/My Computer/rightclick your CD-Rom/Properties/AutoPlay tab
Under Content type select "Music files" and under Actions
select "Play using MusicMatch Jukebox", it should be listed if
you have it installed. Click Apply and OK. Reboot your PC and
all your music files should be redesignated to use Jukebox.

That's not what he asked.
In RealPlayer 10, select the track and choose Tools/Convert Media Format.
The Media Conversion feature may only be available in the Plus version, which is
what I am using. If that option is not available, it would be easier to re-rip
the disc.
 
In addition, to my hasty comments which according to Galley I did not properly
respond, you can use the free download to convert RealPlayer files to Jukebox
MP3 files:

It also depends if it's an old RealAudio file, or a RealAudio 10 file, which is
actually AAC.
From what I have seen on Real's site, the Media Conversion feature may be a part
of the free version of RealPlayer 10.
