Convert PowerPoint Slideshow to Video (so it will run on Macs with linked video)

I have a PPS that I created in PowerPoint 2003 for a client. It has 5
videos (wmvs) associated with it. I burned them to CD using the Save to CD
program, but they will not run correctly on Macs. The client wants another
version that will run on Macs and suggested I save the whole thing as a
video. Any suggestions on what to do, or what software I'd need?

There is a (free) wmv plug in from Microsoft that allows wmv's to play on OS
X. Would that help solve it for them? Honestly, there isn't a conversion
process/app (PPT to video) that produces high quality results. (IMHO)
