convert pdf to jpeg

hi.
I am running xp pro,fully updated. my printers are a epson stylus 880 and a
lexmark x83 all-in-one.here is my question.i have some pdf files which open
with Adobe Reader.they are photo,s that i have recieved off friends.can i
convert the images to jpeg so they can be edited .i read in a magazine once
that this can be done using the printer driver.could someone tell me how
this is done,or do i have to use third -party software

Yes, this can be done. Just search the Internet for "Convert PDF files to
JPG" and you will get several programs capable of doing this.

option to convert .pdf to .jpg:
