Convert Partition to NTFS?

Is there a way to *convert* a partition from FAT32 to NTFS from within
Win2k. (As opposed to re-formatting).

I could back up the data and reformat but it's not as convenient.

Partition Magic (8.0) won't let me do this for some reason (greyed
out).
