Hello,

I used vuescan to convert Nikon nef raw files from D70 to tiff format.
Results I am getting are quite different in colors than jpg from camera and
colors in real view.

Does anybody do this kind of conversion?
What was your setting in Color tab of vuescan to get good results?

Thank you for your help

Seems like I need to react on my own post. :-)

I use now color profile for D70 sRGB in a Color tab of vuescan in scanner
color profile box. This seems to have no effect on colors I am getting from
nef reading.

Mr. Hamrick, what I need to get good color from nef files?

Thank you for your kind answer

How did you produce the ICC file for the D70? Did you take a picture
of an IT8 camera target? If so, could you send me the raw file of the
IT8 camera target?
