convert mp3 to import to pinnacle

I am trying to convert wma files on hard drive to mp3 format for import to Adobe Premiere video editing
Can this be done without burning to cd in mp3 format. Premiere does not allow import of wma files
Help please

dBpowerAMP Music Converter (freeware) http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm You
will need to also download and install the "Windows Media Audio" codec from
their codecs page.
