Is there anyway to convert my music so that it has a higher Mbps. In my
library I have variations between 64 and 320 and everything inbetween, is
there anyway to convert them so they're all at one setting? thanks

If you want them all the same then you can only convert them to the
lowest common denominator (64kps) which is the worst-sounding.
Converting them upwards doesn't buy you anything because you have
alradey lost the information that was left out in compressing them to a
smaller size.

A transcoding application like dbpoweramp can convert the rates, but it
can't do magic and undo what's been lost. You'd have to re-rip the
original music.
