Convert Keyboard to another language

I have done it in the past, but I just can't remember the keyboard
combination to convert to the Russian (Cyrillic) keyboard! Can anyone jog my
memory?

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details >
Settings > Add

If you have multiple keyboards configured, the default key setting to switch
between them is LEFT/ALT + Shift
