Convert hlp files to chm files

I saw a similar post here yesterday and spent about an hour searching
for one. Only software/trialware was what I found.

I have a two part solution;

Use Web2txt
http://www.jetman.dircon.co.uk/software/web2text.zip
to change your .hlps into rtf, then...

A utility to make either hlp or chm but
not convert them. Naturally the site is gone now
but seeing the possiblity that someone may need
what appears at first glance to be a fine free for
personal use compiler, I tracked it down:

If you don't have the original source files for the WinHelp file then
you can decompile it using HelpDeco, which is available from:

http://www.helpmaster.com/hlp-developmentaids-helpdeco.htm

Then use Microsoft's HTML Help Workshop to convert the WinHelp project
to HTML Help. (The program has a wizard that guides you through the
process.)
