Convert from excel to pocket pc

I need to know how to convert excel datasheet file from
PC to pocket pc without loosing and function and
formating.
 
Excel for the pocket PC is a very lite version of the full product and not
all features in a 'full' file will convert.

Automatic conversion is available by Sync'ing the Pocket PC using a docking
cradle/cable and a free program called ActiveSync from MS at
www.microsoft.com

The latest version for WinXP is 3.7.1
