Hi

Since I do not have a modem I wanted to convert my old fax template with
logos etc. into email version, to save the trouble to print it. Is there a
short-cut for that or do I have to rebuild it from scratch? The template is
in Word format.

It is not clear what you want to do. Are you trying to create e-mail
stationery? If so, look in the Help files. We can't tell you how to do that.
You didn't post your Outlook version or editor.

Thanks
Sorry being so inaccurate. The version is 2000, editor if get you correct is
Word. I am just trying to make the email version as much as possible a look
alike (visually) the fax version in a A4 format, but on the other hand I
would like to benefit the Outlook as much as possible in a way of automating
things as I have a number of mails to deliver.
Thanks
Kalevi

Then you should create your stationery in Word.
Tools > Options > General > Email Options... > Personal Stationery.
