convert email to pdf outlook

how do you convert a group of emails to a pdf file. I used to be able to do
it, but can't seem to recreate the process. The pdf file actually had an
index and all attachments were preserved.

Not an Outlook question. You need a PDF-creating program on your PC.
CutePDF is a good one.

It is really tough task if you want to convert many email messages into onepdf file . It takes your so much time and efforts to convert every messageinto single PDF file . I had same problem many time , i use Total Outlook Converter to convert messages into PDF file. You can easily convert <a href="http://www.coolutils.com/Convert-PST-PDF">PST to PDF</a>in no time . You can easily save the PDF file or transfer it to any place.
