Help

*.doc : Microsoft Word.
*.txt : something like notepad.

If you can open your resume in Word - it is likely a DOC file - but you
should check when you do a Save As to make sure that is how you are saving.

If you can open your resume in notepad - it is a TXT file - but you should
check the name you Save As and make sure it's extension is .txt.

A .doc file is the native format of a Microsoft Word document. A .txt file
is simply plain, unformatted text. It can be produced by many programs, but
most commonly from Notepad.

Have you already created the resume? What program did you use to create it
and what format is it in now? Tell us the answer to these questions, and we
can tell you how to get into the format you need. It should be very easy to
produce a .txt file, even if you don't have Microsoft Word to produce a .doc
file.

And we are supposed to GUESS as to which software you are using to
compose your resume file? No thanks.
