Convert Contacts to Address Book

I have always (for years) entered my email addrees and info in Contact
folder. Now I would like to convert this Contacts folder to an personal
Address Book.
 
The outlook Address Book is a filtered view of your Contacts, showing only
those with an electronic address (email / Fax), it is not a seperate item
