is there any ez way to convert someone's e-mail addresses stored by the
auto-fill feature into actual contacts? we want to do an e-mailing using
shared address books, but very few people have any of them stored as contacts.

we'd like to avoid selecting each auto-address entry and adding to outlook
contacts if at all possible. we have outlook 2003.

Thanks

I don't understand the connection you seem to see between shared address
books (no such thing in Outlook) and the autocompletion data.

You can purchase a tool that can manipulate the contents of the
autocompletion cache:
http://www.ingressor.com/ . If all the entries in the autocompletion are
Internet addresses, you can download a freeware tool that will export the
entries: http://www.epute.com/nk2csv/ .
