Hi,
We have a large number of users globally who use Outlook XP with OST's. We
would like to migrate their clients to Outlook 2003 and the Cache mode with
Unicode OST's and OAB's.
I know one way of doing a migration is creating a seed CD with a stub of
their mail and then they use this when they do the upgrade.
But with the number of users we have is it at all possible to upgrade an
ANSI OST to Unicode. When I tried forcing Unicode a new OST was created,
which for our users would mean sending 100-400mb down a slow line.
