ControlSource form property

I'm using the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 208529 to
filter a report from a pop-up form. The instructions
state to create a form with the following form
properties: ControlSource: Test Table. However, I
cannont find the ControlSource field under form
properties.
 
I think they mean record source, refering to the table that populates to
form....

I,m new to Access but have been hitting the books pretty
hard for a few months now. I just found this forum this
evening. I went to help for controlsource, (I couldn't
find controlsource on the form properties either)
Basically its sayin that you have to change the
recordsource to a query or table etc. I couldn't figure it
out but maybe that will help you in case you are going
bonkers like I am... The following is strait from help.
Forms and reports act as "windows" into your database.
You specify the primary source of data for a form or
report by setting its RecordSource property to a table,
query, or SQL statement. You can then set the
ControlSource property to a field in the source of data or
to an expression. If the ControlSource property setting is
an expression, the value displayed is read-only and not
saved in the database. For example, you can use the
