Controls on form move when I press Page Up or Page Down

Hello, I'm programming in Access 2003. I have some controls on a form. If I press Page Down to go to the next record the controls in the detail section move up a couple of millimeters.

Does anybody has an idea why this happens and how I get rid of this?
