Controls moving down

[Wines]

Sometimes, after saving the form in VB.Net Form Designer, I see the
controls inside a group box moving down. All the forms are inherited
from a simple base form, which contains a label and a toolbar on the
top. The form's borderstyle is sizable.
Any ideas?

First of all, thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately is not my problem. The controls are not disappearing,
only moving down :-(
I red a post about a hotfix in .net that perhaps can solve the problem,
but i can't find in microsoft web site

I red in another post about this hotfix that can solve my problem, but
