Hi,

I am using Access 97. How can I find out a list of all controls
in a report without going to view and find the control one by one? Is there
a easy way? Thanks.

Without knowing what you want this for, it's a bit hard to guess what would
be easy for you.

In Design view, there is a combobox, usually in the upper left corner of the
toolbars, which lists all controls alphabetically.

Sorry Mac, I coudn't find the combobox. Should I take it out from a
particular toolbar?

Several ways to do this, but without code you might...
See the combobox(far left) in the report design menu while in report design
mode.
You could also look at the expression builder in A97, it will list all the
controls on a given report object.

It's on the Formatting toolbar.
