Controlling Regional Settings

I've have a mixed environment of XP & 2K computers with 2k Servers. What
would be the best way to control the regional settings of each workstation?
I currently use registry settings thru a logon script. Any better way?

what do you mean by regional settings?
is it the international settings concerning the used currency?
or do you mean the system and/or user location

Locale, Decimal Symbol, Measurement System, Etc.. Mostly everything in
Control Panel\Regional Options
