controlling location of user templates in an image

My IT org needs to set an image that puts user Word templates on a Network personal share (H in our venue). We would like to be able to set it on a machine such that any user logging into that machine will default to their H:\Microsoft\Template folder. Is this doable? We tried from article KB-820917 but this still kept it at the user level

You need to ask this question in the word.setup.networking or Office.setup newsgroup.
