Controlling display of text on individual slides

If I create a slide with several bullet points, how can I stagger the display
of each point when I present so that they don't all appear at once?

Add an entrance custom automation to the text box and select the
paragraph level you want affected. See the HELP for Custom Automation
for your version of PPT for the details. (Generally, right-click on
the object and select Custom Automations/Add Effect/Entrance.)
