Controlling desktop with Remote Assistance

We want to use Remote Assistance to help provide technical
support to our users. How do we setup Remote Assistance
so that we can control their desktop, rather than just
view it? Sometimes you just have to "point" them to the
correct place, or "show them how to do it".
