You certainly won't get a fast response with a cheap video card.

Given the horrendous video requirements for Oblivion (your talking
$150-$200 card to get 'good' graphics results), I'm a bit amazed it
wasn't from Microsoft (it's from Bethesda).

Not actually that far off topic fop this newsgroup. :)
