Control wizard doesn't start

I recently noticed that my control wizards (e.g. combo box, etc) don't work.
I couldn't find a way to enable them, so I tried to update my copy of Access
2003. The installation CD gave several options that I wanted (add Help files,
add wizards), but after I updated, nothing had changed. What do I need to do
to get the wizards to work?

You need to turn the wizard on.
In Design View, click on the Toolbox tool button.
Then click on the wizard, (the Magic Wand with the stars falling from
it). That button should be down.
That turns the wizard on.
