control userpasswords2

Sent to win7 group but no reply so will try this group:
When I type control userpasswords2 into the start ball I get zilch whereas
in Vista I get the opportunity to get straight in without having to log on.
Anyone know what to type for WIN7?

With one extra click another option is

Start > Run > control userpasswords2
