Help - We are trying to control the location that outlook
uses to extract attachements for viewing etc so that our
users are not saving docs etc into their profiles by
default
We are running Outlook XP under Windows 2000
Have found the reg key that needs to be changed
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0
\Outlook\Security)which works fine if you change the key
on the machine directly but when trying to apply this
change via Group Policy it doesn't work. The changes are
still applied but user is still directed to their profiles
rather than what is written in policy. It then will not
then allow you to save the attachement or when creating a
new mail message will not allow you to attach anything.
Any ideas.
