Everytime i on go into control panel it reboots my pc?, Spec. HP desktop
-core 2 duo 1.8ghz, 2 gb ram , 400 gb hdd

Any help would be great

Turn off the "restart on crash" option so that you can see what the error
code is, or, just go to the Event Viewer and read it off from there.

That is the information you need to start figuring out what the problem is.
