Help! I cannot access my control panel. When I try I get
a blue screen. Only function available is from the
Control Alt. del. sequence which allows be to restart.
All other aspects work fine. I did a scan and virus
update. Error says "run time error 32 at 13146118" Any
thoughts?

from a command prompt try:
sfc /scannow (you will need the win2k cd)
chkdsk /r /f

this is pretty brute force, but often effective.
